The Public Works Department provides a full range of services to residents including trash and recycling pickup, snow plowing, streets and roads repair, building and grounds maintenance, vehicle maintenance services, and a full range of support services for Borough activities. The Public Works Department also operates a water treatment and distribution plant, and maintains the sewer lines in the Borough which feed into the Ocean County Utilities Authority.
